How to submit designs for the best print results

Artwork Submission Guidelines

For best print results, please follow the guide listed below:

Properly sized
300 DPI (if raster)
Vector artwork preferred, produces the sharpest and most accurate screen prints
Text outlined
Colors clearly defined, 3 maximum colors per design
No embedded low-res elements

Artwork Review

We include a complimentary artwork check with every order.
If your file is not print-ready, design time will be billed as outlined in our design pricing.
Have questions? Send your art and we will check it for free.

Step 3: Review & Approve Your Proof

Before production begins, you’ll receive a digital proof showing:

  • Design size
  • Placement (front, back, sleeve, etc.)
  • Ink colors
  • Garment color

Nothing goes to print without your approval. This ensures everything looks exactly the way you want it.

Step 4: Approve Your Quote

We’ll send a detailed quote based on:

Garment style and quantity

Number of print colors

Print locations

Turnaround time

Once approved, your order moves into production.

Step 5: Production & Pickup

Typical Turnaround Times

1. Small Orders (10–50 shirts)

7–10 business days from art approval
Faster options sometimes available

2. Medium Orders (50–200 shirts)

10–14 business days from art approval

3. Large Orders (200+ shirts)

14–21+ business days depending on volume and shop capacity
